Our services

Support at every stage of selling online.

Product range and listings

We prepare and organise the store’s range: product names, descriptions, specifications and photographs. We make sure the information is complete, consistent and easy for the buyer to understand.

  • Product descriptions
  • Categories and filters
  • Photos and specifications
  • Price updates
  • Data quality checks

Order handling

We help map the route of an order from basket to delivery. We define statuses, timings and message templates so the customer knows what is happening with their parcel at every stage.

  • Order statuses
  • Customer messages
  • Dispatch and delivery
  • Returns and complaints
  • Working procedures

Customer service

We prepare guidelines for answering customer questions, ready replies to the most common enquiries and a simple way of logging requests. The aim is a prompt, factual answer.

  • Email inbox
  • Answers to common questions
  • Request log
  • Tone of voice
  • Response times

Store development

We review sales data and identify the changes worth making first. Legal, tax and payment matters are discussed by the client with specialist advisers; we help prepare the materials needed for those conversations.

  • Sales review
  • Change plan
  • Implementation priorities
  • Working with specialists

How we work

Step by step.
Nothing left unsaid.

Every engagement starts with a conversation about the store and its needs. We then agree the scope of work, carry it out and review the outcome together.

01

Conversation

We get to know the store, its range and its way of working, and agree which areas need attention first.

02

Scope

We write down the tasks, deadlines, fees and means of contact. Both parties know what they are responsible for.

03

Implementation

We carry out the agreed work in accounts and systems owned by the client, and document changes as we go.

04

Review

We discuss the completed work and what was learned, and agree the next steps on that basis.

About PMG Group

A practical approach to selling online.

PMG Group is a small service business based in Sosnowiec, Poland, supporting online stores in the day-to-day organisation of their sales. We work remotely, so the location of the store does not matter.

We favour simple solutions and clear arrangements. We adapt the scope of work to the size of the store and its stage of development, and leave matters requiring legal or tax expertise to the appropriate advisers.

  • A clear scope of work

Tasks, deadlines and means of contact are agreed before work begins.

  • Ongoing documentation

Decisions and changes are recorded so they can be revisited later.

  • Access stays with the client

The store, its accounts and contracts with providers remain the client’s property.

Working principles

Simple, transparent arrangements.

01

A written agreement

A written agreement sets out the services and fees. We invoice only for agreed work.

02

Direct payments

Clients pay store platforms, carriers and other external services directly. PMG Group does not receive or transfer money on behalf of clients.

03

Confidentiality

Information about the store, its customers and sales results is used solely to carry out the agreed work.
